Yes. For larger or bespoke projects we carry out a site review to assess property conditions, take accurate measurements, and discuss your design preferences before any recommendations or proposal are prepared.
Material requirements are set out clearly in your written proposal. Depending on the project, materials may be included within the project price or specified and itemised separately so you understand exactly what is covered before scheduling.
SummitStone Works is based at 544 Manor Street, London, E12 6QN and undertakes residential stonework across London and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, please get in touch.
Timelines depend on the scope, materials, and property conditions. An expected timeline is documented in your written proposal before work is scheduled so there are no surprises.
Projects are booked through secure online payment links shown on our Pricing page. Each package is a one-time residential construction service. We do not store your card details.
No. All projects are delivered as one-time residential construction services. SummitStone Works does not offer subscriptions, maintenance plans, recurring billing arrangements, or membership programmes.
Yes. Our Bespoke Masonry & Stonework Project is designed around your property’s specific requirements, and most packages can be tailored following a site review and discussion of your preferences.
